How does it work?

write_sts_ac_6211.jpgThe theory and background of our work is based on the hypnotherapy of the American doctor and psychiatrist Milton H. Erickson (1901-1980) and the smoker treatment concept of Dr. Christa Hall-Sanford.

Deep relaxation or trance, clearly differ from simple relaxation by the intensity of the heightened sensory awareness of your inner world. Hidden and/or subconscious possibilities, resources and capabilities can be reached.

The outer world is experienced as being far away or unimportant. Hypnosis is the communication tool between the intellect and the subconscious mind. Whatever your reasons for smoking are or were, the roots are located in your subconscious mind. Our concept mostly enables change without weight gain, without stress and without withdrawal symptoms.

Group sessions

0E94709C-B584-4E5E-9B91-0AF6DFCC3408.JPGOur method is distinguished not only by the depth of your experience and strength of your own inner process but also by your own possibility to influence the process through the hypnotherapist’s guidance. An inner strength is developed, which is enhanced by the presence of the other members. These aspects fulfill the requirements of our program being an independent method.

This method is based on the hypnotherapy techniques of Milton H. Erickson. Group sessions last about two hours. Most participants are smoke free after these two hours – in one session only. You may choose to attend with your partner and we also welcome groups of friends.

Stop-Smoking group sessions include as many sessions as needed within the first year at a one time fee of €200,–. If you would like to come again after this first year, you only pay half.

We provide blankets and pillows for the hypnosis. It is also possible to bring your own pillow, blanket or house shoes if you prefer.

Individual sessions

A single private session is about 90 minutes in duration; smokers are able to break free of the emotional ties and self-destructive tendencies that kept them hooked on the habit. You will find support and powerful reasons within yourself to become smoke-free forever.

The cost for the first session is €200,–. The cost for any additional reinforcement session of 60 – 75 minutes is €135,–.

Cooperate sessions

For organizations which value the health of their employees and want to help free them of their nicotine addiction, it is possible to book a seminar. The seminar includes the hypnotherapeutic stop smoking treatment, an individual anamnesis and important information on becoming a non-smoker. Participants can attend follow-up sessions within our regular groups free of charge within the first year and pay half after that.

The cost of the seminar is €200,– per person. Contact us for your corporate “In house” seminar at a cost of €220,– per person with a minimum group size of 6 people.

What if I attend and don't stop smoking?

If you attended a stop smoking group session, the one time fee includes as many sessions as necessary. If you feel that you need an extra session, call in advance to register and reserve a place.

There is no time limit, no pressure, so just sit back and relax.

People who attend the individual sessions can book extra individual reinforcement sessions for a cost of €135,–. You may also choose to join a group session in your second attempt at a cost of €100,-.
